MANAGEMENT MEETINGSThe Chair, Vice-chair, Secretary and Treasurer meet regularly - usually once a month. A review is made of all current activities, proposals and projects.
GENERAL MEETINGS Three times a year a general meeting , open to all, is held to bring the membership up-to-date with what is currently proposed and happening. The purpose of these meetings is partly to convey information but also to encourage members to become involved not just in physical activities like litter picking and park maintenance volunteering, but in promoting ideas for improvement, for suggesting the means of funding those ideas and the contacts individuals may have to help delivering on those ideas.
The last FOSP General Meeting was held on 4th December 2023. 6:00pm upstairs in the Sandford Alehouse 20 High St Cheltenham GL50 1DZ The meeting was followed by a convivial Christmas dinner for 20 people
The dates of the next General Meetings will be Monday 18th March2024, Monday 17th June 2024 and Monday 2nd December 2024. Times and locations will be announced in good time prior to the meetings
Whenever meetings are held do come along to hear about new proposals and developments for the Park and to contribute your ideas and experiences. As a member you are or would be separately notified
